- State vs. Danny Minigh, felony, arraignment

- State vs. Joseph McKinney, felony, arraignment

- State vs. Jimmy Keener, felony, pre-trial (11/8)

- State vs. Robbie Lamp, felony, motion to revoke, alternative sentence

- State vs. Linda Hughes, felony, motion to determine, restitution

- Mary Wolverton, motion for appointment of temporary guardian

FRIDAY: JUDGE DAVID NIBERT

- Civil case, Stevens vs. Hickman, bench trial

- State vs. Cheryl Price, felony, plea

- Civil case, Richards vs. Richards, hearing to release money pursuant to suggestion
