TWELVE INDICTED FOR METH OFFENSES IN ROANE

Among twelve indicted by a Roane County grand jury for meth related offenses: - Douglas Lee Bottenfield, 33, of Spencer, charged with drug offenses related to the discovery of a portable meth lab found in a truck near the Roane-Calhoun line, US 33-119. - Rickey Lee Carpenter, Jr. 24, of Arnoldsburg, indicated for allegedly having meth ingredients in car when stopped on Clover Ridge last November.
