IT'S APPLE BUTTER STIRRIN' TIME

(09/28/2005)
Apple butter makin' is still a Calhoun tradition, with lots of groups and families hauling out the big kettle, peeling the apples and cookin' them down.

The CCCOA Senior's made their first turn of apple butter for the year last Tuesday. They served up 81 pints by the end of the day.
