| Judge David Nibert heard several cases last week and this week during a session of Calhoun County Circuit Court, presented by Prosecutor Matt Minney: James M. Jones, about 33, of Grantsville, will be entering a plea in October regarding his part in the operation of a clandestine drug lab. The lab was found at a residence on Hog Knob Hill along Rt. 5, east of Grantsville. - State vs. Daniel Mark Johnson, jury trial, found not guilty of fleeing, found guilty of misdemeanor DUI, sentencing in November - State vs. Walter Singleton, plead guilty to possession of a controlled substance, sentencing November. - State vs. Cheryl Price, continued to October, regarding welfare fraud - State vs. Elizabeth June Sampson, plead to felony worthless check, sentencing pending
