HARDWAY FACING SECOND ROUND OF DRUG CHARGES

(09/17/2005)
A Spencer woman is facing a second round of drug charges related to meth production.

Lelia Fay Hardway, 33, has waived her right to have her case considered by a grand jury, an indication that a plea arrangement is being made.

Hardway was first charged in 2004, alleging she and Richard Stoudt, were involved the production of meth. The materials found in her possession ignited at the State Police barracks in Spencer, causing a fire.

Hardway was charged again in 2005, along with Doug Bottenfield and Jamie Burch, linked to the manufacture of meth.
