Calhoun High School's Student Council and The American Red Cross will be sponsoring a blood drive Thursday,
September 15 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., according to Jo Lynn Wilson, Student Council Adviser.
Location of the
drive will be at Calhoun Middle-High School in the Auxiliary Gym.
Student
Council members are asking the public, their teachers and fellow students to
give blood, as long as they meet the guidelines.
Guidelines
* Be in generally good health
* Be age 17 or older (If you are 17 years of age, you must have a
permission slip. You can pick-up a permission slip from the main office at
CHS). It must be signed by a parent or guardian.
* Weigh at least 105 pounds
* Picture ID
