The 2005 Summer Fun Twirling Festival was held August 8th at Mineral Wells, WV. Over 100 twirlers from West Virginia and Ohio competed in a variety of twirling and dance events.
The contest was sponsored by the Yo-Yo Elite Baton Corps. The outstanding team for the day was All American Twirlers of St. Marys, WV and the twirl off winner was Miranda Scott of Ohio.
Ashley Conley, 14, was crowned the 2005 Miss Summer Fun Title winner for the 13-14 year old division. Ashley is the 14 year old daughter of Junior and Carolyn Conley of Orma.
