GRAND JURY CONVENES (09/06/2005) A Calhoun Grand Jury will be convened Tuesday, with Judge Thomas Evans III presiding. Prosecuting Attorney Matt Minney said there will likely be six presentments to the grand jurors, seeking indictments.
