A Stout's Mill man, forty year old Dorsie Eugene Blosser, formerly of Roane County, has been indicted by a Morgantown grand jury for the October 11, 2000 DUI death of Brenda Sue Garden, 31. Garden was killed when a 40 ton drilling rig belonging to Key Energy of Arnoldsburg went out of control on U. S. 119, crushing the woman's sport utility vehicle.

Blosser was charged with DUI causing death, based on a charge of third or subsequent offense DUI. Blosser had three prior DUI convictions in Texas, according to authorities.

The West Virginia Public Service Commission also found that Blosser's 40 ton rig was 9,000 pounds overweight.
