The trip included a Rolling Ridge Ranch Tour, a stop at the Amish Flea Market and Walnut Creek, shopping at the Bakery and Carlisle Gift Shop, a family style dinner at the Der Dutchman Restaurant, and a stop at the Cheese House on the return trip. Rolling Ridge Ranch "Talk to the animals", literally ... Watching nature and wildlife at it's best Wagons traveled through the ranch for a one hour tour For some of the travelers, this was a first experience in Amish Country
