Several areas of the county have experienced disrupted telephone service.

Crews are in the county working on the problem.

At least two people were killed yesterday evening in WV.

A tree limb snapped and fell on David Colby in Charleston's East End. He died before paramedics could get him to a nearby hospital.

Seventy-three-year-old Pedro Pastor Escobar-Gonzalez was killed by a window that police believe blew out from an adjacent building. The window fell on him while he was sitting outside reading his Bible.
