LAMP ARRESTED IN ROANE - Grantsville Couple Facing Charges

A man who turned combative following a truck accident at Mt. Zion in May has been arrested in Roane County for obstructing an officer. Brian Lamp, 22, is being held in Central Regional Jail.

Lamp threw punches at emergency medical personnel, firemen and other emergency workers in the Calhoun incident last May after his head went through a windshield. He suffered severe head trauma.

A Vienna man and a Grantsville woman have been charged with entering without breaking and trespassing, the charges brought by Grantsville Police Chief Ron Gordon.

Jeffery Lee Jones, 21, of Vienna is being held in Central Regional Jail. Shannon Riffle of Grantsville was charged with the same offense, but has been released on bond.
