A wild and wooly truck mud boggin' event returns to Grantsville this Saturday, sponsored by the Calhoun Wood Festival.

WVRC radio personality Toby Wagoner will be announcing the event.

This event will be governed by WVMRA rules, and requires a disclaimer form and participants to wear a helmet.

Parents signature is required for registrants under age 18.

The truck mud bog will feature a speed and deep pit, starting at 1 p.m. at Calhoun County Industrial Park, Rt. 5 East, one mile out of Grantsville.

Admission is $5, three years old and under admitted free.

Registration fee is $15/$25.

Pre-Registration gates open at 11 a.m.

The bog committee would like to inform all Mud Bog participants that they have taken into account all the suggestions given at the June 5th bog and have, as much as possible, corrected the mistakes and enhanced the deep and speed pit areas with those suggestions.

The West Virginia Mud Racing Association Rules will be followed at this event and it is being directed by Vic - of THUMPER fame. If WVMRA rules are needed - go to www.woodfestival.com
