SCOOTER SOLUTION TO HIGH GAS PRICES - Lemley's Mosquito Engine Putt-Putts Along

With gasoline at $2.50 a gallon and threatening to go even higher, you might want to consider the solution being used by northside Grantsville resident Kenneth Lemley. He rode his "mosquito engine" powered scooter to Grantsville's Foodland, putt-putting right along. Lemley said he wasn't sure about the mileage, but thinks it is about 200 miles per gallon. Those steep hills? Well, a little walking is good for you.
