FIVE ARRAIGNED BEFORE JUDGE NIBERT

(06/07/2005)
Walter Singleton plead not guilty during an arraignment hearing yesterday before Judge David Nibert in Grantsville. Singleton was indicted on one count of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance.

Calhoun County Prosecuting Attorney Matt Minney moved to have charges dropped against Roger Lee Minigh, because authorities had wrongfully indicted him in the case. The case should have been filed against Danny Minigh, who was actually arrested for the alleged crime. (SEE additional Hur Herald Story)
