| Samuel L. Cook, 70, of Ft. Washington, Maryland, passed away June 3, 2005 at his home.
Born in Roanoke, Virginia, he was a son of the late William Hamilton Cook and Iva Jeanette Clark Cook. He was a retired Chief Warrant Officer 3 from the US Army National Guard with 33 years service. He had served over 50 years in civilian and military capacities.
Surviving are his wife, Emogene Campbell Cook and 2 sons, Jeffrey Cook of Ft. Washington, and Steven Cook and his wife Patty of Sand Ridge, WV; 1 grandchild, Bradley Cook of Shock, WV.
Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday, June 8 at Stump Funeral Home, Arnoldsburg. Rev. Glenville McBride will officiate. Interment will be in the Sand Ridge Cemetery. |
