STORMS BARELY DAMPEN BLUEGRASS FANS

Pickers join well over a dozen bluegrass groups
that brought music to the Upper West Fork Hills

"If you want it to rain, have a blue grass festival up here," said an old timer at the Upper West Fork Blue Grass Festival last weekend.

Bluegrass fans endured several showers and thunderheads, a nasty storm with some pretty high wind swept across the park Saturday night, causing festival goers to scatter.

But the steady fans returned to their seats for the rest of the program, like nothing happened.

After a storm went through the area, the bands,
cloggers and fans returned to "entertainment as usual."
