MAGISTRATES COURT PROCESSES MISDEMEANORS - Jones, Boatwright And Lamp

Calhoun Magistrates Court reported processing three misdemeanor charges. Jerry Wayne Jones, 51, of Big Springs was arrested on first offense DUI on May 10. The court gave him eight hours of community service, and was assessed a fine and cost. Registration and no proof of insurance was dropped.

Roland R. Boatright of Pine Creek was arrested by Deputy Ron Bandy on May 28th and charged with domestic battery. He is not allowed contact with the victim and was arraigned and released on a PR bond, according to records.

Mathew Lamp of Big Springs pled guilty to stealing a bike and throwing it off the Grantsville bridge. He was given 10 days community service, assessed a fine and costs.
