JUDGE NIBERT ISSUES SENTENCE - Warrant Issued On Failure To Appear

Judge David Nibert sentenced James Blankenship to three years probation, community service/litter control and was required to make restitution, during Calhoun Circuit Court yesterday.

A warrant was issued for Justin Snider, who failed to appear for a hearing on his probation revocation.
