CHS ALL-SPORTS BANQUET TONIGHT

Calhoun High's All-Sports Banquet will be held tonight at 6 p.m. in the Commons Area of Calhoun-Middle High School. The school's athletes will be recognized for their achievements and participation. High school athletes from all 2004-05 sports teams will receive letters or participation certificates, plus MVP's from each team will be named, the Wayne Underwood and Lady Red Devil winners announced, and three athletes will be inducted to the Wall of Fame. Toby Wagoner will serve as Master of Ceremonies and Mike Devol will be the guest speaker. The awards program will be held in the auditorium immediately following dinner. The public is invited to attend. The athletic boosters will furnish baked ham, rolls, and the table service. Each athlete is asked to bring a two-liter bottle of soda and a covered dish. Seniors - vegetables; Juniors - Desserts; Sophomores - Vegetables; and Freshmen - Salads. Coaches are asked to furnish desserts.
