LEMUELS RUN BRIDGE HAS BEEN CLOSED

Effective yesterday, the WV Division of Highways has closed CR 35/6 - Lemuels Run at the intersection of CR 35/5 - Bryner Road. The bridge at this intersection has been determined to be unsafe. This bridge is located a short distance from State Route 5. This area will be closed to all traffic until appropriate repairs to this bridge can be accomplished. Residents and the traveling public will need to make arrangements to accommodate this closure. The Department of Highways says "We apologize for the inconvenience this will create, but this action is necessary to provide safety to the traveling public. Your cooperation will be greatly appreciated and will assist our efforts to improve our county road system."
