SPRING SNOW DROPS ON REGION

Spring birds flock to a feeder at Hur Lilac blooms peek from under their snow caps ... ... while hosta and fern await the warming sun Sunday morning's snow could be the last covering snow of the winter, dropping some serious snow in the mid-west and the mountains of West Virginia. Here in Sunny Cal it was about one-and-one-half inch with the temperatures not dropping to freezing. Snow has tipped the spring blooms in Wirt County too. Photos below courtesy of John Griffin.
