SCENES FROM THE 2005 RAMP DINNER This is what folks come for, delicious, cooked "just right" ramps Folks come from miles around to sample the food Some of the Upper West Fork VFD cooking crew - hot off the burner to the customers Oldtimer explains the wonderment of ramps to Charleston newspaper columnist Dave Peyton (right) The Upper West Fork Volunteer Fire Department and Community Park at Chloe will have their annual Ramp Dinner beginning at 4 p.m. on Saturday, April 15. The menu For the dinner includes - ramps, bacon, brown beans, potatoes, salads, drinks, deserts and much more. All foods are donated by the Community. The park is located on Rt. 16 south of Arnoldsburg and north of the Big Otter exchange off I-79. The annual event is a fundraiser for the Upper West Fork Volunteer Fire Dept and the Community Park. Appetite building food seekers almost through the door "Hey, pile it high" Just a few of the cooks and workers that make it all happen
