A Wirt County man charged with two counts of murder could face a bond hearing tomorrow or later.

Roger Flinn, 43, of Elizabeth, charged in the shootings of Russell Ray Eastham and Sylvia L. Fittro, is currently being held without bond in North Central Regional Jail.

It is expected a circuit judge will not set bond in the capital murder cases.

State Police say they are withholding details of the case, including a motive, to protect the case.

Flinn knocked down the door of the Eastham and Fittro dwelling and killed them, leaving their ten-month-old infant unharmed.

A fund has been set up at Calhoun Banks Elizabeth for the infant that was found near her mother's body.

Contributions can be made to:

Paige Fittro Fund

PO Box 129

"This account has been set up by the caring citizens of Wirt County," according to a fund organizer.
