| A man who was reportedly brandishing a weapon near the Big Otter-I-79 exchange was apparently not arrested after the smoke settled.
Sources said the man, who was involved in the ownership of a bar across the road from the Big Otter Exxon, was allegedly attempting to retrieve items which belonged to him.
The bar's lease was reportedly canceled for non-payment.
State Police and other authorities responded to the location before noon yesterday after a report of a man with a weapon.
The complainant reportedly did not want to press charges against the man.
