FIRE STRIKES YELLOW CREEK HOUSE

Fire heavily damaged a Yellow Creek residence late Sunday night, after it reportedly started in the attic. Kimberly Pettry told firemen that insulation had recently been sprayed in the attic. The Grantsville VFD responded to the call at 10:30 p.m. with four trucks. The house is a short distance up Yellow Creek off Rt. 16 at Big Bend.
