Sharon L. Giar Yeager, 68, of Grantsville, died Wednesday, March 16, 2005 at Camden Clark Memorial Hospital, Parkersburg.

She is a daughter of the late Leo and Geneva Paton Giar. She was a member of the VFW post 5959 Ladies Axillary of Grantsville.

She is survived by sons, Jimmy D. Yeager of Grantsville and William L. Yeager of Parkersburg; daughters April J. Tubbs of Sharon, PA and Sherrie L. Hardman of Parkersburg; brothers: James Giar and wife Carol of Orma and Linden Giar and wife, Elaine of Red Wing, MN; sister, Patricia Stokes of New London, Ohio; grandchildren, Jimmy G. Yeager, Darren J. Yeager, Andre J. Yeager, Cheryl A. Yeager, Betty M. Yeager, Evan Tingler Jr., Matthew Tingler, Alicia Nadells, Angel Carpec, Tony Caprec, Samantha Tubbs, Liz LaCarmra and several great grandchildren.

She was proceeded in death, in addition to her parents, by her husband, William G. Yeager, sister, Judy Giar Yeaples and brothers, Hubert D. Mitchel and Billy Mitchel.

Funeral Services will be at Stump Funeral Homes Inc., Grantsville, at 2 p.m. on Sunday, March 20, 2005. Rev. Kevin Church will officiate. Interment will be in Yeager-Westfall Cemetery, Lower Run.

Visitation will be one hour prior to service.
