LITTLE KANAWHA CRESTS BELOW FLOOD STAGE - Flooding Is Localized (05/24/2001) Despite heavy rainfall since last week and storms rapidly dumping water in selected areas, the Little Kanawha River appears to be cresting below flood stage in Calhoun and Wirt County.
