GASOLINE PRICES HIT $2.15 A GALLON

Calhoun's regular gasoline prices have hit $2.15 a gallon.

Analysts say it will soon be hard to find gasoline prices under $2 a gallon for regular unleaded.

Gasoline prices on futures markets have soared 20 percent in the past week alone, as the demand for oil keeps rising.

Gasoline has increased 21 percent from this time last year.

In most parts of West Virginia, gas prices at many service stations jumped an average of ten cents this past week.

A check around the state found regular unleaded from $1.95 to $2.15 a gallon.
