WV WOMEN CAN NURSE INFANTS IN PUBLIC - "Never Too Late" Legislation

(03/05/2005)
Jennifer Bryant was in the Charleston Civic Center nursing her baby. She was asked to leave the public arena by a security guard, one of several incidents in WV where women were told to leave public settings while nursing.

Most state resident's likely believed women can nurse their infants at a time of need without impunity. Not so.

Now comes some never too late legislation to allow women to nurse infants in public.

Since it is highly unlikely senators and delegates will oppose nursing mothers, the bill will pass.
