William M. "Bill" Meadows, 50, of Parkersburg

William M. "Bill" Meadows, 50, of Parkersburg passed away Feb. 8, 2005, at the Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital. He was born Sept. 9, 1954, in Cleveland, Ohio, a son of William Hoye Meadows of Grantsville and Retta Richards Meadows of Mount Zion, W.Va. Bill had been employed at Green Pack of Parkersburg, enjoyed bowling and the Internet and was a Baptist by faith. Along with his parents, he is survived by his wife, Debra L. Westfall Meadows; a son, William M. Meadows Jr. and his wife, Elizabeth, of Vienna; one grandson, William Austin Meadows of Davisville; one sister, Ada M. Smith of Davisville; one brother, John A. Meadows and his wife, Robin, of Parkersburg; and several nieces, nephews and friends. He was preceded in death by one sister, Nola Johnston, and one brother, Denny L. Meadows. Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at the Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, Green Street, Parkersburg. Burial will follow in the Evergreen North Cemetery. Visitation will be 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Friday and 9-11 a.m. Saturday.
