WESTBROOK HEALTH SUPERVISOR CHARGED IN SPENCER

A supervisor with Westbrook Health Services in Spencer is facing 88 felony charges relating to the alleged use of a company credit card. Teresa M. Swisher, 29, of Parkersburg, worked in the Spencer office. She allegedly misappropriated over $3,700 in funds belonging to her employer, Westbrook Health Services. Swisher worked as a program supervisor for mentally and developmentally disabled. Swisher allegedly used a Westbrook credit card to purchase items at the local Wal-Mart and other businesses. She was incarcerated in Central Regional Jail yesterday.
