CIRCUIT COURT ACTIONS THIS WEEK

Some actions in Calhoun Circuit Court this week.

- Michael Lee Smith appeared for arraignment on drug related charges, and is schedule for court on June 5.

- John Hickman appeared to answer an indictment on drug related charges, and will appear for arraignment.

- Bernard Smith, failure to report as sexual offender, scheduled for trial on June 5.

- William Bohn, charges dismissed related to pleading guilty in another case.

- Douglas Jackson, plead guilty to charges.

- Brian Rush, after serving time in Anthony Center, placed on three years probation.

- Marvin Holstein, will enter plea.

- Matt Verbus, plead guilty to Rape 1st Degree.

- Garland Nichols, continued because attorney could not appear.

- Josh Bohn, plead guilty to conspiracy.

- Joseph Delesio, will appear on February 2.
