Sharon Marie Sturms, 60, of Parkersburg, West Virginia, passed from this life to a better one on January 14, 2005. Surviving are her husband, Robert D. Sturms and 2 sons, Gary D. Sturms and Robert D. Sturms, II and a daughter, Linda L. Sturms all of Parkersburg; her mother, Delma S. Starcher of Slate; sisters, Patricia Criss and her husband Robert of St. Mary's, Carolyn McNabb and her husband John of Lowell, Ohio, Genita L. Starcher of Slate, Wanda E. Miller and her husband John of Joker; brothers, William H. Starcher and his wife Patrica of Five Forks, Bernard D. Starcher and his wife Kathy of Elizabeth, Glover O. Starcher, Jr. and his wife Joyce of Slate; 3 loving sisters in law, Emma, Sue and Pam; and many loving and caring nieces and nephews. Sharon will be missed by her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Glover O. Starcher, Sr.; a brother, Doyle Gene Starcher and her father and mother in law, Tom and Grace Boggs. Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Tuesday, January 18, 2005 at Stump Funeral Home, Grantsville. Interment will be in the Cooper Cemetery at Creston. Friends may call at the funeral home from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday evening.
