PRAYER CHAIN STARTED FOR MELISSA OSHOWAY

Calhoun churches have started a prayer chain for the recovery of Melissa Oshoway of Mt. Zion, who was seriously injured in a two-car collision this morning in Mason County. Readers are encouraged to offer prayer for Melissa, who is a patient in the ICU of the St. Marys Hospital Trauma Unit. A family spokesperson said at 4 p.m. that her parents, John and Sue Oshoway were allowed in the room today, but she is suffering from head trauma and is on a ventilator. Jeremy Lane, who was also in the vehicle, has been evaluated and released.
