| Ruth Ann Goodrich, 83, of Spencer, West Virginia, died Sunday, December 19, 2004, in Eldercare of West Virginia, Ripley. She was born March 4, 1921, in Bellaire, MI, a daughter of the late Robert Grant and Hazel Ferris Watrous. She was a homemaker and retired secretary for the Detroit, MI school system. She was a Jehovah Witness. Survivors include one daughter, Joy Delbeke of Ripley; two sons, Steve Perkins of Fowlerville, MI and Rod Perkins of Spencer; two sisters, Pearl Dewy and Donna Thomas both of Bellaire, MI; 12 grandchildren and six great grandchildren. A memorial service is planned for a later date. John H. Taylor Funeral Home, Spencer, is in charge of arrangements.
