| Angela Marie Wallace, 37, of Spencer, West Virginia, died Friday, December 17, 2004, in the Miletree Health Care Center, Spencer.
She was born July 7, 1967, in Akron, Ohio, a daughter of the late Thomas Webster and Mary Lee Casto Parfitt. She was a homemaker.
Survivors include one sister, Patricia Smith of Leroy; three brothers, Tommy Parfitt of York, SC, Anthony Parfitt and Rusty Parfitt both of Chester, SC; one step sister, Linda Sears of Dayton, OH; two step brothers, Rick and Randy Issac both of Spencer.
At her request, her body has been donated to the WV School of Osteopathic Medicine, Lewisburg. A memorial is planned for a later date.
John H. Taylor Funeral Home, Spencer, is in charge of local arrangements.
