WOMAN ESCAPES INJURY AFTER BIG SPRINGS PLUNGE - No Injury In Rt. 16 South Accident, Authorities Investigating Possible B&E

A female passenger reportedly escaped serious injury after her car plunged over an embankment along Route 16 at Klipstine Road near Big Springs. Emergency services responded to the accident about 8 p.m. yesterday.

She was taken to Minnie Hamilton Health Care Center for evaluation. Calhoun EMS, the Grantsville VFD and Chief Deputy Carl Ballangee responded to the incident.

Calhoun EMS and the Arnoldsburg VFD responded to a vehicle wreck one-and-one-half miles south of Arnoldsburg on Rt. 16, shortly before 8 a.m. yesterday. The vehicle went over the hill. There were no injuries.

Sheriff Allen Parsons and Chief Deputy Carl Ballengee are investigating a broken window with possible entry at the Army Reserve Center at Annamoriah.
