WIRT COUNTY HOLDS ON - Levy Passes

Wirt Countians decided yesterday to continue their county government by passing a nuts and bolts levy to keep the doors open. Voting for the levy 1,736, against 860. The three-year-levy will help pay for salaries of the remaining county employees among other basic line items.
