RATIONING SUNLIGHT CHANGES MADE TONIGHT - It's "Time Change" Time

Just as sunflowers turn their heads to catch every sunbeam, America discovered a simple way to get more from our sun - Daylight Saving Time.

Tonight's the night to turn your clock back one hour (actually 2 a.m. Sunday).

The USA learned to save energy and enjoy sunny summer evenings by switching our clocks an hour forward in the summer.

But Sunday evening, it will be dark early.

It's also the time safety folks suggest you check the batteries in your smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.
