BREAST CANCER AWARENESS CEREMONY THIS EVENING

Submitted by Lutricia Valentine The Annual Breast Cancer Awareness Ceremony sponsored by the Calhoun County Community Educational Outreach Service (CEOS) will be Monday, October 11 at 7 p.m. in front of the Calhoun County Court House. Barbara Fish, a representative of the Appalachian Cancer Network, will be a guest speaker. The ceremony will close with a candlelight vigil and a prayer in memory of those who have lost their lives to breast cancer and in honor of those who are survivors of breast cancer. Attendees are reminded to please bring a lawn chair.
