NAPA has outdoor bargain sale for first anniversary Grantsville's auto parts store had an open house, outside sale and one year anniversary celebration Monday. The NAPA parts store at Main and Court Streets, owned by Amtower Auto Supply, had what they described as a growing and successful year. Residents enjoy noon-day spread at celebration
