COMMISSION WILL REVIEW ANNUAL AUDIT - Request For Old County Road To Be Closed, General Election Items

Calhoun County Commission will approve a number of items at this mornings 9 a.m. meeting related to the General Election. including dates to test the vote counting machine.

The commission will review the annual audit with the auditor for year 2002-03.

A vote will be taken regarding the closing of an old county road at the request of Robert and Shelia Caim of Creston.

The commission will open bids on projects related to the new 911 center.

A report will be heard from Diane Ludwig with the Little Kanawha Area Development Council.

The commission will also review the budget control report, budget revisions and the financial statement.

Other routine business is scheduled.

Anyone wanting to address the commission must sign-in 15 minutes before the commission meeting.
