NINE INDICTMENTS BROUGHT - Calhoun Grand Jury Convenes

The following individuals have been indicted during the May term of Calhoun Circuit Court, Judge Thomas Evans III presiding. Indictments are charges, and do not necessarily mean the individual will be found guilty:

ROBBY F. LAMP, charged with failure to meet and obligation to provide support to a minor child, two counties; a capias issued and Lamp was to be picked-up.

PATRICIA MOOREHEAD, charged with one count of welfare fraud; summons issued, scheduled for appearance on May 11.

GREGORY ALAN HARRISON, 21, of Rosedale, two counts of breaking and entering and two counts of grand larceny; scheduled to return for arraignment on May 10.

BENJAMIN PAUL JACKSON, one count of manufacturing a controlled substance; capias issued and will return on May 8.

TERESA L. JETT, one count of manufacturing a controlled substance, capias issued on May 3 and will return on May 8.

DARIUS J. ANDERSON, 51, of Chloe, two counts driving under the influence of alcohol, third offense.

FORREST C. FOSTER of Arnoldsburg, two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol, third offense; will return on May 11 for arraignment.

CHARLES R. BONNETT, 47, of Kenna WV, one count of driving under the influence of alcohol, third offense; return for arraignment on May 11.

GEORGE R. DUSKEY, 24, of Big Bend, one count of malicious assault; return May 11 for arraignment.
