WELCOME HOME DR. GILBERT - Local Dentist Returns To Community |

| Minnie Hamilton Health Care Center would like to welcome a familiar face to the staff of the Calhoun
Medical/Dental Clinic-Dr. Lynn Gilbert. Dr. Gilbert is the wife of Jim Morris, owner of Calhoun Reality. She is also the proud mother of Sally. Many of you may remember Dr. Gilbert from her private practice that she previously had in Grantsville. She closed her practice and went on to become the Chief Dental Officer at the Federal Correctional Institute in Glenville. Now, Dr. Gilbert is back in Grantsville and ready to take care of your dental needs.
Dr. Gilbert will be based at the Calhoun Medical/Dental Clinic, an annex of Minnie Hamilton Health Care Center. The Clinic, which also houses the offices of Dr. Aya-ay, M.D. and Dr. Suresh, M.D. is located on the hill above MHHCC. Dr. Gilbert began seeing patients on September 1, 2004 and is accepting new appointments daily. Another exciting announcement is that Dr. Gilbert will begin offering dental services at the Calhoun Middle/High School Based Health Center (SBHC). Last week, permission slips were sent to all students in grades 5-12. If your child is already enrolled with the SBHC, please complete the bottom portion of the permission slip. If you would like your child to receive dental services and they have not yet enrolled at the School Based Health Center, they will need to do so before they can be seen. All forms will need to be returned to Martha Johnson at CM/HS. If you have any questions, you can call her at 354-6851. Once again, MHHCC is looking forward to providing the citizens of Calhoun County with the highest quality of health care and is excited to welcome Dr. Lynn Gilbert as the newest addition to our staff.
