NANCY NELSON HAS DIED FROM GUNSHOT WOUND - Shooter Overdoses On Drugs

Forty-nine-year-old Clay business woman Nancy Nelson of Maysel has died from gunshot wounds she received at her residence. (SEE earlier Herald story) Larry Thomas, 61, her estranged or ex-husband will be charged with the murder. He will also face burglary charges. Thomas called Kanawha County 911 yesterday after overdosing on pills. He's being treated at Charleston Area Medical Center.
