- Joseph J. Delesio, 50, of Big Bend, was indicted on one count of wanton endangerment.

- Christopher Collins, 24, of Grantsville, was indicted on five counts of sexual assault in the third degree.

Collins' charges are related to the sexual assault of a 14-year-old female. He was released from Central Regional Jail on the sexual assault charge, but was later involved in a domestic dispute on August 1 and was returned to jail.

- Keith Lamp, 19, of Arnoldsburg, was indicted on one count of grand larceny and one count to commit grand larceny.
