LUSK CASE WAITING EXTRADITION - Suspect Arrested By Ohio Authorities

Hubert Lusk, Jr., 44, has declined to sign extradition papers in Lawrence Country, Ohio. He is wanted by Ritchie County authorities as a suspect in a double homicide which happened on April 22. Lusk was captured last Wednesday evening in Rome Township, Ohio after a tip to the police. Lusk is being held in Lawrence County jail on $1 million bond. He appeared in Lawrence County Municipal Court on Monday. Lusk is wanted in regards to the death of his 39-year-old wife Brenda Lee Lusk and a neighbor, Francis Dale McDonald, 67. The victims were discovered in McDonald's garage, shot to death.
