The 2004 IBO World Championship was held at Snowshoe Mountain on August 11-15, with several Calhoun folks shooting their way into the top classifications.

Kenny Jones came in 11th in the Male Bow hunter Open Class with a total score of 343 with 4-11 counts.

Cam Nicholas came in 2nd in the Youth Male Release Ages 15-17 with a total score of 375 with 9-11 counts.

Rick Nicholas came in 6th in the Traditional Hunter Class with a total score of 225 with 1-11 count.

Shauna Church came in 4th in the Youth Female Class with a total score of 293 with 2-11 counts.
