METH LAB DISCOVERED IN RITCHIE - More Drug Arrests Pending

More drug arrests have been made in Ritchie County, some associated with a working meth lab. Paul Echard, 31, of Harrisville and his wife Cassandra Echard, 36, have been charged with operating a lab. Officials are looking for David A. Minor of Auburn for previously operating a lab, also arresting Sandra Lilly of Auburn for failing to appear in court on drug charges. The Drug Task Force was also investigating a house in the Devil Hole section of Ritchie County. They harvested 227 pot plants last Saturday in the southwestern section of the county at several locations, their value listed at over $500,000. No arrests made.
